May 2025 - Traveling Snail with Raindrops

Howdy! "Traveling Snail with Rain Drops" Taken this morning after a good rain last night. Opened in APS- CS6. Cropped, flipped horizonal, resized, Auto contrast, Shadows/Highlights, Sharpen Edges, Frame. Decided not to remove the blade of grass crossing his shell because it shows he is moving through the grass, maybe adds a little depth. Would have like to have more B/G at the bottom.

Nice/sharp/colorful image! At first I thought it was a slug . . . but perhaps that's the shell of a snail. Not sure why you would like to have had more room on the bottom - I think this composition works. Posted: 05/07/2025 19:09:22
