About the Image(s)
Here is a shot of tulips and daffodils from Palace of Versailles. Shot low to exclude the multitude of tourists and shiny buildings. I tried to straighten horizon but there was an actual sloping hill in the background.

I miss tulips! I think I might have straightened the horizon even though there was really a hill. I find the horizon line being slanted a little distracting.   Posted: 04/12/2025 01:26:52
Nice image - tulips are a great subject! I like that you isolated one tulip to focus on and found a frame without buildings/tourists. I think the top and right sides of the tulip are too close to the edge of the frame; feels crowded. The tulip needs more room to breathe.   Posted: 04/12/2025 17:02:31
Wayne, nice close up. Flowers in B/G show up nicely. The main tulip could use a little more room on the side.   Posted: 04/13/2025 21:07:24
I like the idea of one close up and others in the background, Wayne. As Sue says, you're main flower needs a little more room.   Posted: 04/14/2025 15:00:38
