This image was taken in 2008, in mainland China. We were on a tour by Bus traveling to our next stop , when the bus had a blowout, We stopped next a field ,being work by the farmers. They all came over to great us and I took this picture, The police stopped and told the bus driver, that he had to pick up all the pieces of the blown tire and take it with him ,or he would get a ticket. Main land China is a very interesting place to visit.

Very nice shot. I agree with Tom on the subject's smile. My only comment is, to me, a little to saturated. I would tone down the saturation to make the subject' skin tone more natural looking. Just me. Posted: 09/03/2023 08:52:08
Stuart, this is a very nice candid portrait. Just too bad his eyes ae closed. Have you tried a monochrome conversion on thei image? It has a lot of great texture that might look nice in monochrome. Posted: 09/05/2023 18:58:31
Quite an appealing subject regardless that his eyes are closed and his teeth are a bit "worn out". Love his hat. I agree with Heather about toning down the saturation some. Fun portrait and a great story. Posted: 09/14/2023 12:30:12

I'll have to look. when I get my new video card. My grandson had to remove the the updated ( Beta) from my computer, that blocked up all of Photoshop. It took him less than 5 minutes to clear it up and remove all the ads which popped up. Posted: 09/16/2023 10:57:30
