Great image Chuck. I love the dramatic sky it really adds a lot to the scene. I think you have a strong composition with the sidewalk on an angle and the interesting fence in the background, the dog and girl both in motion. I love this scene. The dog is sharp and so is the lady walking it. The bridge and the clouds add to the story, as does the fence. Black and white works well here. The dog is looking in your direction, which adds to the picture. Looks like an adventurous day.

Chuck this image tells the story of our society. Even when we walk our dog in such a beautiful place we have our attention dragged by the small device we call phone....
I like your composition and the fact the image tells me a story even without reading your caption. I think the post processing is creating a very pixelated image but this can simply be caused by the low size images that can be posted.
