Hi Michele, I think that this is a great image and very timely. The contrast between the Christmas tree and the homeless person imparts a strong message. I really like the composition with the tree the woman and the homeless person, I think the components are well placed in the image and the exposure and focus are right on. Very well done. thank you Lou for finding the time to comment on my image. Homeless people are raising everywhere for reasons that often we try to ignore. While there I talked to some volunteers that help them to survive during the winter time and they said most of them are "recent homeless" because they lost their jobs or their pension was not enough to pay for rentals that in some cases raise up to 100%. In US alone the number of homeless raised by 18% in 2024.
