Had a great time at the Space Coast Birding Festival. The Scrub Jays, for me, stole the show. I was walking in a scrub area. Jays were alarm calling and I thought it was me but I turned a corner and there was a cat. We had a stare down and the cat gave in and left. The alarm calls ended and the scrub jays followed me the rest of the time).

Beautiful bird, I love the colors. The eye is nice and clear, and the feathers well defined. I played around with it a little. I increased the contrast on the bird. I cropped the right and the bottom. I also darkened and blurred the background so the bird would pop a little more. Not saying it's better, just some ideas. Posted: 02/04/2025 22:40:59
