I think this is a beautiful image. I really like the composition and the positioning of the cars on the road. Your post processing is great, I love the color of the road.   Posted: 07/04/2024 21:34:31

I really like the processing you did on this image. The orangish color you have added enhances it, and the darkening of the roadway and hills defines the subject very well. I do think there needs to be a little more breathing room at the top as the leading line of the roadway and the shape of the peak lead the eye upwards and possibly out of the picture. The viewer might spend an inordinate amount of time there trying to figure out what is going on with the curvy road up there.

Otherwise an excellent picture!   Posted: 07/07/2024 13:55:32

Very nice image, post processing very well done. The eye picks up the road at the bottom and naturally follows it around the hill, partly due the color of the road being blueish with that yellow stripe and contrasting tones of the ground. I might consider cloning out the three smaller bits of the road (left, right and above) to simplify the overall look.   Posted: 07/10/2024 16:38:50

As the last person to comment I fear I get stuck with a little repetition! I agree the image needs more room at the top. And to my eye saturation/contrast was pushed slightly too far.

Depending of course on battery life I might have held out for a brighter colored car. And the most interesting part of the road seems to be on the left, and possibly flown over there to zoom in on that?   Posted: 07/12/2024 14:23:10

Being later than Pete, I really have nothing to add, except a question regarding the color of the bushes at the top center. The shade of their green was the first thing my eye was drawn to. I suspect, they got to that point by your adjustments to get the color of the road. I would probably masked them off and gone for what I believe is a truer color.   Posted: 07/21/2024 21:40:31
