Last month, I submitted a night shot of this stadium during a fireworks show. For this month, I've selected an image taken before the fireworks began.

The Sussex County Skylands Miners are a professional baseball team with a home stadium located a few miles from our home in New Jersey. The team is named the "Miners" (not "Minors") because this area of New Jersey historically had several iron mines that supplied raw materials for weapons and cannonballs during the American Revolutionary War.
