Last week I was a bit early for an appointment in downtown State College. I had the drone in the car, so I went to the top of the garage (only 3 floors) to see what I could see.
I was amazed that the university's center was right there. I'm not sure whether drones are allowed on campus. I'll have to check and go back to get a straight-on shot. Which I could have gotten from up there, but I'm a nervous flyer.
This is a capture from video; that camera had a closer view, although this is cropped pretty well. I adjusted the tint, saturation, and dehaze, and applied super-resolution.

Good job with color processing. The choice of subject is good. The composition needs some improvement, however. The fact that the original had the horizon so close to the edge of the picture gave you little room for cropping. I like the bluish color of the hills in the background, but the tower is much too close to the edge of the picture. If you had flown up a little higher, you could possibly have gotten more distance between the tower and the background without including the sky.
