About the Image(s)
This image was taken over a farm in Blairstown NJ. I have passed by this field several times and thought it would be interesting to photograph the harvest. I found out from the farmer when the field would be harvested (Oct 9, 25) and shot several images with the drone.
The weather has been very dry which created more dust than usual. The day was clear with a blue sky and so I added one of my skies (also shot with the drone) and added some warmth to the image to match the sky.

A few comments:
I would try a composition with the tractor not in the center of the image.
I don't think the right side of the image is helping much as the "story" is about the tractor and the harvesting.
The tone of the sky you selected does not fit with the tone of the ground. I would have used something closer in time of day to when you took the photograph, so it would still be blue, but with some interesting clouds. Posted: 11/05/2025 05:08:04
