About the Image(s)

This is a section of the Tualatin River on the border of Tualatin, OR, where we live. Just behind the fir trees in the background is the busy commercial center of town. I shot this in October 2024.

I shot three exposures with my Mavic 3 Classic. 24mm focal length equivalent, ISO 100, f/8, 1/40, 1/60, and 1/100 sec. The files were processed using DxO PureRaw. Then I created an HDR in Photoshop and did further edits on this file, including adding a little bit of canvas to the top and using generative fill, so the top of one tree was not cut off, did some cleanup with the remove tool, and cropped to 3 x 2 aspect ratio.
