Several weeks ago I visited the American Visionary Museum in Baltimore MD. It is a fantastical place that sparks the imagination. On the way up to the second floor I passed an interesting portal that provided a glimpse into another room below. I loved the composition and photographed it with the camera I had, an iPhone 16 pro max. I processed the image in LightRoom Classic using basic adjustments, and added a vignette. I liked the mysterious affect. The railing added a nice diagonal to the composition, but does it detract from the mystery?

Hi Judith, Very Interesting! I will be visiting the Museum with the Newark Art Alliance in October. Thanks for the preview. Is there a marker on the stairs for the "Judith Picture Spot"? Normally I don't like overly contrasty textures, but in this case, it adds to the artistic rendering. The color banners contrast well with drab concrete. The window is dead center and might benefit from a 20% crop off the top. That will also allow you to have more pixels of the window since the DDG venue is limited to 768 pixels vertically.
