About the Image(s)
Taken with iPhone 15 Pro; one of the original images is of statues at Restoration Hardware in Indianapolis, and the other is of a reflection of a boat at Key Largo.
No particular goal in mind other than making a fun blend!
Blended with Image Blender app. In Lightroom, masked background, decreased exposure, and increased shadows, clarity and vibrance.
Happy New Year!

Freddie, That is a cool blend of images. The u-shape opening made by the statue's arm keeps throwing me off and drawing my eye when I want to take in the textures on the body. I think it would not distract me if it was not so bright.   Posted: 01/08/2025 02:01:21

Hi Freddie, Great conceptualization. At first, I had a flashback to when we used a digital projector to project pattern images on figure models. Perhaps extracting the sculpture from all of its background, joining just the statue with the pattern image, and then placing it on a new, less busy, background could result in a more polished product. I agree, Karl, that the background is somewhat distracting.
I kept it because it represented a second figure, one leaning back rather than forward, which was the reason I made the photo in the first place!   Posted: 01/19/2025 23:30:56
