Ed, Congrats on the Flickr Award! Beautiful area. Love panos, but not sure why you would use f/1.8 and not a much larger f/ number to have a deeper focus?
You have a wide variety of images out on Flickr, thanks for sharing. I really liked some of your very unusual images.   Posted: 07/04/2026 01:04:58

Congragulations on Award. nice panorama.   Posted: 07/06/2026 01:41:57
You've got resolution to spare! When you can do it, it is very tempting to make such wide panoramas. I like this image better when I remove 1/3 from the left side and 1/4 from the right.   Posted: 07/06/2026 21:14:16
I really like wide panoramas like this. I do them all the time. Also, these peaks are all familiar ground from my climbing days as I have climbed virtually every one of the mountains shown in the image.   Posted: 07/12/2026 15:19:05
Wow, having climbed all of them would give this image a very special meaning and feeling, far exceeding what a naive viewer would feel.   Posted: 07/13/2026 15:30:40
Congrats on your award! Nice panorama image, but I would remove (or crop out) the dirt area on the left bottom.   Posted: 07/07/2026 17:58:45
