Here’s another photo I snapped during my Russia trip. I removed the people in post-processing, but I decided to put them back because they’re so small and not really distracting. On the other hand, these people add more interest to the image and make it more realistic. It would be amazing not to find any humans in the park unless they were closed for special events.

What a beautiful location and how lucky were you to get great clouds (or did you do sky replacement?). I like the people, they do lend scale. The Grotto is the brightest item in the image, so we know it is the subject. The reflection is great.
Being super picky, perhaps a very light vignette to keep our eye on the buildings and not wandering off in the clouds and reflections? And I might lighten the smaller building just a bit.

Thanks for your feedback! I didn't use sky replacement, just made a few color adjustments and trimmed off a few leaves at the bottom right corner. I was lucky to have the perfect lighting for photography at that location. The small structure in the back wasn't so bright, so I didn't change it because it's further away from the main subject and it's partially in clouds. If I tried to brighten it up, it would be a bit off balance. I might try adding some light vignettes, though, which I usually don't think of for landscape photos.   Posted: 07/02/2025 22:10:13
Yes, very nice in all respects. I like having the people present. Nice composition.   Posted: 07/03/2025 20:21:12

Very nice composition. I do find it a bit heavy on the right side due to the brightness of the building. Love the reflections, the people and the clouds.   Posted: 07/06/2025 17:09:32

This is a beautiful and well-composed travel photo. It's great that you chose not to remove the crowd of tourists - although they occupy only a small portion of the image, they add life and context, and help complete the scene.   Posted: 07/11/2025 01:04:19

I missed this one before so sorry for the late comment. I think this is just fantastic. I only wish there weren't so many tourist in the photo. I don't have a problem with how bright the building is, in fact it is clearly the subject. The reflection is nice also.   Posted: 07/29/2025 16:28:05
Thanks for your comment! I think there aren't as many as there used to be. I just hope that all those amazing places, treasures, and more in Russia will still be around for a long time.   Posted: 07/29/2025 16:59:55
