Every year, Taiwan hosts the Tour De Taiwan Challenge, an international cycling race. This photo was taken in March this year. It was a cloudy day with occasional light rain.
I took this photo used Sony A1, 24-70. 1/60, f/5.6, ISO 320.
I brightened the overall photo in Camera raw, enhanced th contrat and shadows. To emphasize the rain steaks, I increased the texture and clarity. Finally, I made a crop to focusing on two persons.
Please give me some feedback. Very appreciated.

Dear Stephen, Yes, this photo was taken in front of the government building in Taipei city. This tour competition had 40 international teams participating, and the athletes compete for cumulative scores at five locations, including Taipei city, Taoyuan city, Hsinchu city and Kaohsiung and Kaohsiung rural area.
