About the Image(s)

This was taken in 2010 during our second trip to Yellowstone - an amazing place! The flow of hot water over the formations change year by year as the buildup of limescale changes the route. The colours only look intense with water flowing in that area, otherwise it is quite dull.

Settings - 1/1,250, f7.1 ISO400 - with a Canon 7D mki at 115mm (cropped sensor). In PP, I tried to bring out the textures more, while maintaining the steamy area at the top.
