Shot with a Canon 70D and 15-85 lens at ISO 1000, 1/30 sec, f/5.0, -1.73 EV. I don't seem to have the time recorded but the "at night" in the title provides a clue. Taken 11/4/14 from the bluff overlooking the three rivers junction with the main part of Pittsburg across the river to the right.
