About the Image(s)

Photo taken in the Toronto City hall plaza. The site offers interesting opportunities for street and architectural photography. I don't know if it is an issue but the person in the photo is not perfectly in focus. Does this make it more difficult to establish the main theme of the image - the man or the sundial?
