Isaac--I'm glad you mentioned the woman's closed eyes because I, too, think it adds interest. In this instance, capturing the decisive moment was the result of shooting lots of images and often just "shooting from the hip" as I was walking along.   Posted: 07/20/2024 17:38:37

Kathleen - They have exactly the same expressions! You did a great job with the composition and the toning is interesting though I actually prefer the colors in the original. On my screen, the woman's face and the sculpture appear too bright -- not sure if it is the conversion to B&W? B   Posted: 07/12/2024 13:43:50

Hi Bruce -- I often prefer b/w but I see your point about the original color version. The brightness issue may be due to the monitor on the old laptop I use not being quite accurate because it looked ok to me on there. Thanks for your nice comment.   Posted: 07/20/2024 17:44:40
