About the Image(s)

I was in the Art Deco area of Miami Beach and saw this strange building with a man looking out. It is typical of the Art Deco movement and struck me as quite interesting.

Since I only had my IPhone, that is what I used. It was enhanced in Lightroom with minor modifications.

The repetition of the railing lines creates a strong visual pattern, and the presence of the man adds a natural variation that brings a sense of rhythm to the image.
The contrast between the blue sky and the white building also enhances the fresh and airy atmosphere.
Personally, I feel that cropping the lower part slightly could have made the frame look cleaner and more refined.   Posted: 04/01/2026 08:51:14

Something very strange happened in the uploading of the photo. It was sent to me in portrait and somehow PSA stretched in into landscape. I'm going to try and find out why.   Posted: 04/01/2026 17:02:55

I took your photo and switched it back to portrait and removed the bottom distracting. Let me know what you think. Sorry about the mistake in uploading to PSA.   Posted: 04/01/2026 17:05:55

This is an interesting image with the repetition of the lines and circles which give the image a strong sense of rhythm. And yes, the 1 man among the lines creates some interest.
The boarders of the building that have blue resemble the sky.
A very creative image.   Posted: 04/14/2026 00:46:28
