About the Image(s)
After various other composites didn't work for one reason or another, I came up with this one just for fun.
Simple cut and paste of the lamb in several poses, added to the sunflowers with some decreased brightness and added blur to better match the sunflower level of focus. Colors were adjusted by adding a b&w layer in luminosity mode and moving the sliders.

I enjoy the playful attitude of this composite, Peggy! Sunflowers are always a good choice to lighten the mood and the dancing lambs certainly add to that feeling. Your blending of the big sunflower into the field came out great.
The lamb placement is great for the one peeking through the leaves, so cute. The ones 'flying' are fun, though you might try to place them in more organic spots to lessen the 'paste' look.   Posted: 04/08/2025 19:15:52

Everyone loves a field of sunflowers--just ask Van Gogh. You took on a daunting challenge in trying to fit a stuffed animal into such a beautiful field of sunflowers. I agree with Matt that the lamb looks pasted into the image. However, you certainly have a wonderful starting point. Let the sunflower field incubate and revisit it when the lightbulb glows above your head.   Posted: 04/09/2025 00:42:15
Hi Peggy, what fun! The playful lambs make me smile - I think that I cannot walk by a sunflower field any more without searching for them behind the petals.   Posted: 04/09/2025 22:14:48
Peggy, Joy captures it. I thought the nursery rhyme "ring around the rosey..." as these lambs seem to be circling the flower in such a playful way. I see a children's book in your future.   Posted: 04/10/2025 14:19:02
