About the Image(s)
I normally reject "butt shots" but I found this one amusing. I was lucky to find the egret feeding in tide pool on a perfectly calm morning. He just didn't want to turn around and face the camera.
Canon R5; Canon 100-500mm lens; 1.4 teleconverter. Handheld shooting from car window.
ISO 2500; 1/400 sec; f/10
I did the initial global adjustment and cropped and straightened in Lightroom. In PS it was fine-tuned to bring out detail in the feathers and eliminate distraction on the water. It was converted to monchrome in Silve Efex Pro. All Ineed now is a competition with a "humor" theme :)
