About the Image(s)
I was watching for hummingbirds in my pollinator garden when this goldfinch popped into my frame. Luckily for me it chose a branch of the Sweetspire bush that gave me a distraction free background. I like this image because I feel there is some tension - what is the bird going to do next?
Canon R5. Canon 100-500mm lens wit 1.4 teleconverter; tripod mountd.
ISO 5000; f/10;1/3200 sec;
I cropped, set white and black points, tweaked the tone curve, removed a bit of the branch on the left so it did not touch the edge of the frame, tweaked color, clarity adn saturation a bit. That's about it. Do you think there is enough story in this image to give it impact?
