About the Image(s)

Taken earlier this October at the Wiscasset, Waterville and Farmington Railroad Museum. The story is the fellow in the orange hunting toak holding the wee child and the child in the red plaid jacket near the conductor at the rear of the locomotive. I know my stated subjects are miniscule in the frame.

The conductor struck up a conversation with the boys when one of them was getting fussy. Before long they were giggling. turns out the conductor was a school teacher when he wasn't volunteering. Anyway, he invited the older boy to help turn the locomotive around. I expect it was a bit of a thrill for the little fellow.

I did some post processing in Adobe Elements to liven up the colors and sharpen the image.
