Keith - the Ring Tail Lemur is a beautiful animal. It's great that you captured him/her with some type of motion. If I look closely around the Lemur there is some pixelation or lack of blurring. I'm also wondering if you captured the Lemur in harsh light due to some of his/her fur is smooth or washed out. It's good to know that Tyler Texas has a zoo. I may go visit it one of these days.   Posted: 10/01/2026 17:35:13

This looked great until I went to the leg on the right with no detail   Posted: 10/01/2026 17:58:18

The "Y" shaped branch makaes a nice frame for the animal. Parts of the animal have a posterization look. Was there white fur that you tried to burn in?   Posted: 10/01/2026 21:09:55

Very nice image Keith. Cropped perfectly and it has a good non distracting background. Agree with Charles that the Y branch is a nice frame. Possibly needs a little work on some of the fur but all in all a nice image.   Posted: 10/03/2026 22:30:36

Keith,

A nice capture of a ring-tailed lemur. I really like the two Y-shaped branches framing the lemur. I wondered if a tighter crop might help draw even more attention to the subject. I tried cropping out some of the other vertical posts, which gave the lemur a stronger presence within the frame.

Thanks for sharing.
