About the Image(s)
This photo of the World Market center in las Vegas, was taken with an iPhone 15pro. I used an iPhone because my 24-105 was just not wide enough. I will give some advice for iPhone. The lenses have different pixels depending on the lens used and the model.
Try to use the best lens
Shoot in RAW
Do not use live view
Try to use pano to increase the width and the the pixel size.
The photo was worked in Camera Raw.

Wow Michael!! It's amazing the architecture details, symmetry, and leading lines just make you focus on the center buildings. The sky for me acts as a canopy to keep my eyes on the buildings. Great shot!   Posted: 10/01/2026 17:50:59

A very nice image, Michael. It's well composed and the exposure shows nice detail in both the highlights and shadows. And you were fortunate to have a great sky. If I could offer one suggestion: darken the pavement. Other than the clouds,it is the brightest part of the image. I think this image would also make a great monochrome.   Posted: 10/01/2026 21:22:33
Thanks will try that   Posted: 10/01/2026 21:52:16
Great architectural image Michael. Why don't I ever get a sky like that? Are these buildings actually close or touching? Has great visual impact and interest. The colors are vivid and the buildings are tack sharp. Do you figure the iPhones was shooting at around 10mm. I looked at the World Market Center on Google Earth to try and figure (red dot) where you were. Am I close?   Posted: 10/04/2026 22:14:26
I do not think that they are touching. When I get down there again I will check. It was shot in the morning so 10 am would be close.

Keith,
A nice architectural capture of the World Market Center. I really like the sweeping curves and converging lines of the buildings, which create a strong sense of depth. The dramatic clouds also add a lot of interest to the scene. I wondered if a slightly tighter crop might help emphasize the architectural lines and reduce some of the empty space in the foreground.
Thanks for sharing.
