About the Image(s)
This is another image from Hanksville, Utah. We went out to get the sunset and had some absolutely beautiful storm clouds roll in for the evening. I bracketed this image to pull out the maximum color from the clouds. I don’t love the subject, it’s the clouds that make this image.

Nice capture of this mountain(?) and I like the fact that it's off-centered. The cloud formation and tones are dramatic and really helps the overall capture. I wonder if you've shot this facing the sun, would more highlights and/or detail would visually enhance it? Good capture.   Posted: 11/06/2024 02:49:12

Lori, A nice simple image. The little bit of off centered composition works well. I just wonder if you need the blue band on top. You can probably remove a bit of it   Posted: 11/06/2024 17:04:42

Another wonderful image from the American Southwest. I like how the colors of the clouds kind of blend in with the butte and the rest of the foreground. The butte and foreground does look flat to me. Maybe some contrast, or dodging and burning can help.   Posted: 11/09/2024 02:56:50

Is this a mountain or what you call a Teton if that's how you spell it. It is naturally shaped to sit in the frame as you have it but the image is made by that band of cloud and the wonderful colours. This is great image for a calendar or a book of your trip.   Posted: 11/11/2024 10:31:47

Looks very natural landscape. It's rather soft for me. But, this is good landscape image. I love repetition of land in mid ground. The cloud gradation color also nice.   Posted: 11/13/2024 13:13:30
