About the Image(s)
This was taken this October in Venice. I went out for a walk during the golden hour hoping to catch a few snaps. Well, I saw this man by the canal and he was blowing bubbles and it was just so lovely to watch as each bubble floated around and popped. It also happened that there was another man playing a guitar right beside this man and he was playing a beautiful melody. I stood there and probably took a hundred photos of the man and his bubbles. Luckily I caught a big bubble that floated above San Giorgio Maggiore just as the sun was starting to set.

Wonderful timing (and, I love your caption!) Beautiful color contrasts between the cool hues (bubble, upper sky, and water) and the warm ones in the lower sky/sun. I like that there is just enough shadow detail in the buildings to make them interesting. The bubble and sun are nicely framed to complement each other.
Just a thought - perhaps raising the luminosity of the bubble to make it just a little more contrasty with the sky in the background?   Posted: 12/06/2025 00:35:35

You have captured the bubble well and the sky and colour are lovely. I do agree, that just a small touch of work in PS or Lightroom to lift the bubble with improve the 3D effect and make the image more dynamic.   Posted: 12/16/2025 14:08:28
