About the Image(s)

I thought of combining the two heads of a tiger I had taken at the San Francisco Zoo and one of our house cats at the time, a semi longhair named PT.
Using layers I took the appropriate half of each and put them together making them the same size. I then cleaned it all up using the clone tool. To get the full effect you need to cover one-half with your hand to you can see what each looked. Like separately.I tried to find the originals bt failed in both cases, sorry about that. I have been having trouble keep track of my older images. I know the cat is around somewhere, but what did I call I Joan

This is fantastic, Joan. The blend is perfect, and I like the way you have kept the tiger's ears. Really shows the lineage of the household cat. I like that you have kept a sort of 'domestic' background.   Posted: 11/15/2025 11:03:52

Thaks, Robin. The background was actually leaves which I darkened so they really did't show. I can't remember if it came with the tiger or the cat to tell the truth.   Posted: 11/20/2025 19:36:54

It is the eyes that immediately caught my attention as they are so different and help to emphasise the black of you blended cat. Very well done.   Posted: 11/21/2025 19:38:18
