About the Image(s)
Around the 1st of October, I took a little vacation with my son and daughter to a favorite place of ours. In the Northeast corner of the state of Oregon, it is a mountain group called the Wallowa’s. We rented a house on a beautiful lake and enjoyed the area. When the kids were younger, we used to take them backpacking in this area. One thing we found in the campgrounds we explored was mushrooms. All kinds of them. This is one I took of a group. I used my macro lens on them because they were small. I had to set my camera on the ground to get this. My intention was to just get one mushroom in focus. It was my OM1 Mark I and the 60 MM macro. It was f11 at 1/80 of a second. I was using Auto ISO and it was really high at 10000. I really didn’t think the noise was too bad for that. I ran it through Topaz and did some tweaks in PS.
