This was a beautiful boule of bread and the texture was irresistible. Only a crop was used on the image to show off the seeds and crusty texture. This was a grab shot at a church dinner.

Looks like rosemary and sea salt. Yum!!! Inspiration to photograph comes at different times. Even at a church dinner. I'm a photographer for our church. I'm always asked if I take family photos also. I take a hard pass on photographing people too often. They complain. A loaf of bread does not. For what it is you have great focus on the photo and now I'm hungry. Posted: 02/11/2025 19:35:38
Oh Melissa, I love artisan bread, my mouth is watering. That crust looks perfect. And your image accentuates those qualities a bakery chef looks for.
