Description: This image captures a close-up of a deceased monarch butterfly, highlighting its delicate beauty even in stillness. Upon examining the image, I was surprised to notice fine hairs on the butterfly's back, along with other intricate details easily missed by the naked eye.

Camera: Lumix G9ii with Leica 12-60 mm lens
Exposure: 6 sec at f/16, ISO 100
Focal Length: 60 mm with a 16 mm extension tube
Exposure Mode: Manual
Metering Mode: Pattern
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Lighting: Ulanzi LED light at 4420 K with 90% illumination

Post Processing: Lightroom for general tone adjustment and cropping.

Hi Tom: Question first...was this baby alive or dead when the photo was taken? I ask because we only see part of the butterfly and the blue background does not seem natural due to no depth of field.
