This is Caitlin who has appeared in some of my other images posted on this group. It is a studio shot so the background is from somewhere else - a stately home I think.. At one stage she appeared on my set dressed like this and I gave her a small book to look at as she had put on her glasses. Later in post production I changed the image in the book to kind of fit the more intimate look of the image. Mono seems to work well for it although you miss her beautiful red hair this way. Taken n Fuji XT3 1/60 f2.8 ISO 500

An interesting portrait with a good background that is suited. The whole thing looks like an old newspaper photo. No disrespect to Caitlin but the newspaper story could be about a woman who poisoned her husband/lover or someone. So there's a good story in this. There is one slight problem - your selection of her hair is too clean and she looks (in that part) stuck on. Posted: 01/20/2025 21:47:30
