About the Image(s)
This is a two image pano of “bergy bits” (smaller icebergs) with the mountains on a very calm, clear day in Antartica. I took this from our ship in Paradise Bay, mid-afternoon on December 16th. Paradise Harbor was named by whalers and is a hotspot for minke and humpback whales as well as the home to ~1600 breeding pairs of Gentoo penguins.
Shot at 24mm for 1/640th, f/1
