Sanat, very nice image of the Red Crested Pochard. You caught it at the peak of action and the wing detail is just beautiful. We do not have them in the United States. I did sharpen your duck a very slight bit that it may have lost in cropping or being put on the DDG site. Well done.   Posted: 07/13/2024 00:09:01

Good action capture with sharp detail. Slight halo, or ghost light, along the edges of the wings. You could possibly crop down a little more.   Posted: 07/18/2024 15:12:45

Hi Sunat. You have captured this very nicely. Tom has sharpened more that this enhances your image. Presumably you can do this with Topaz. as to cropping, your version has the bird too central for my taste and would suggest you remove sky from the left and top a bit, leaving what you have in front of the bird to fly in to. I try to have right flying birds positioned slightly left in the frame.   Posted: 07/27/2024 21:49:05

I like the in flight capture for I know how difficult that can be because ducks for are quick and hard to predict when they are going to take-off to fly. I agree with Adrian in cropping having the bird with a bit more space to fly-in to on the right.   Posted: 07/28/2024 13:46:55
