Date of exposure: 25-02-2022. 15:30 Hrs. Subject: THE INDIAN POND HERON CAMERA: Nikon D7200, Lens Tamron 100-400 mm zoom Lens: f-stop f/6.3 , Focal Length: 360 mm, exposure time 1/2000 sec, ISO 720, pattern metering mode. LOCATION: Lake of Chupir Char in Purbasthali situated in Burdwan District of state West Bengal, India famous for migratory birds. EDITING: I used PS CS 2025 to edit the frame, by a desktop computer. I used adobe camera raw 18 plug-in to enhance clarity, shadow details, brightness and exposure. I also used Topaz software to reduce digital noise and to sharpen details.

I really admire the enormous variety of birds your country has. Spain also has a great variety of migratory birds, but I've found it very difficult to get close to them so far; they are usually afraid of people, and you can only manage distant shots.
