Date of exposure: 09-12-2016, 14:23 HRS. CAMERA: Canon PowerShot SX 1 IS. Lens: f-stop f/5.7, Focal Length: 100 mm, exposure time 1/1250 sec, ISO 100, Pattern metering. LOCATION: Charakla Bird Sanctuary is a bird watching area located in Charakla, Gujarat, India. EDITING: I used PS CS 2025 to edit the frame, by a desktop computer. I used adobe camera raw 17.2 plug-in to enhance clarity, shadow details, brightness and exposure. I also used Topaz software to reduce digital noise and to sharpen details.

You did well with the editing, especially by adding contrast -- maybe add even a little more contrast. Great exposure, with no blown out whites. Eyes well done. You could crop in from the right side somewhat and remove that black object at the bottom left.   Posted: 11/13/2025 16:26:47

Sunat - nice picture of a Great White Pelican. Nice lighting. It is sharp and your exposure was spot on. As one who doesn't like animals sat the the centre, I would remove some of the right so it's looking in the frame better. I would also consider selectively (bird only) increasing the contrast just a bit (or Dehase).   Posted: 11/18/2025 16:41:43
