Date of exposure: 04-02-2021 15:28Subject: White Bellied Kingfisher of Mangalajodi. CAMERA: Nikon D7200 with Tamron 100-400mm lens. Lens: f-stop f/7.1, Focal Length: 292 mm, exposure time 1/2000 sec, 1100 ISO, pattern metering, Manual mode. LOCATION: More than 230 species of birds live in Mangalajodi, Odisha, India. It is also one of the largest wintering grounds in Asia. EDITING: I used PS CS 2024 to edit the frame, by a desktop computer. I used adobe camera raw 16.4 filters to enhance clarity, shadow details, brightness and exposure. I also used Topaz software to reduce digital noise and to sharpen details.

Sanat, except for maybe bringing in the right edge slightly, there's very little to critique -- beautifully reproduced colors, soft background, perfectly sharpened, and nice catch light in the eye. I think this is your best entry since the group started.   Posted: 12/10/2024 23:20:17
