About the Image(s)

This was taken in January of this year. I saw several bison walking slowly from a great distance and set up hoping they were coming towards me. As they got closer some 75 yards away, one stepped away from the rest - gave me the look and I got the shot. They ambled through a low lying area to my left and just kept walking.

Nikon Z8, ISO 180, 55o mm with a 400mm prime art f4 and 1/1000 second stopped down 2 stops
