About the Image(s)
Camera- Olympus OM1
F-stop f/6.3
Exposure time- 1/2000 sec.
ISO 1000
Focal length 400 mm
I visited Christopher Columbus Park, a new to me park with the Tucson Photography Meetup Group. I was fortunate to snap a photo for the first time of the vermillion flycatcher eating. I have other photos that are better of the vermillion flycatcher, but none with an insect.
I used Lightroom for denoise, slight sharpening, slight saturation and then I cropped it. Any suggestions?

Beautiful bird (I love looking at birds that I never see here in the mid-Atlantic) and wonderful composition. Based on the f-stop, I assume you took this with the 100-400mm Olympus lens? The bird's head doesn't seem completely sharp, but that might be how the image appears on my monitor. I like the little catchlight in its eye!   Posted: 11/18/2024 14:13:45
