I didn’t start out trying to take a landscape shot with a telephoto lens - but the framing was better than the wide angle lens. My wife and I traveled to the Ozarks to see the color change this fall with the goal of taking a few landscape photos. The original capture didn’t have the colors as I wanted so I used Light Room to enhance the colors with a few other minor changes. I know it is a buzzard flying- but adding a bird in the air seemed to be a nice thing to keep - so I didn’t crop / clone it out.

Brian, compared to the original, you masterfully brought out the colors in the final version. Here's a sinful suggestion: select that magnificient bird, enlarge it, and place it closer to the horizon. Posted: 12/17/2025 23:41:46
