About the Image(s)
In 2016 I took a Park Bus deep into Denali National Park. Thankfully the driver stopped to allow those of
us with cameras to capture a few images. This is a late afternoon photograph of a dry gulch. To render
the final image I increased exposure, lightened the shadows, cropped to a 16:9 ratio, increased whites in
the sky, reduced noise and slightly increased saturation. Camera data: Nikon D750, f/14, 1/400, 82mm,
ISO=250.

Hi, this is a beautiful image of mountain scape. The light and shadow details are very interesting to see over the mountains. Sky seems to me not so attractive but let it be as it is. The cool and calm atmosphere is enjoyable to me. Thanks for sharing.   Posted: 01/16/2025 18:05:09

Sanat, thank you for the kind comments. I agree with you about the sky. I'll look for a replacement.   Posted: 01/16/2025 19:33:18

Charles: You have captured the scope and the depth of this beautiful place. Each component from bottom to top appears to be layered, and draws the viewer's eye in a similar way. If you were to try a different sky, be careful: a few cumulus clouds might work.
