About the Image(s)

This was taken a few days ago on a small inland lake not too far from me. The Trumpeter swans and Canadian geese like to gather there in Spring because it is a shallow lake, and parts of it open up earlier than the others. The swans are my favorite, and are the world's largest with wingspans up to eight feet. This was taken near sunset at ISO 160, 150mm, F7.1, and 1/2000 sec. I wouldn't have needed that shutter speed with these two, but it was set for the times when they chase each other.

I was trying to capture the peaceful mood that was in front of me, but am not sure if that was accomplished. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
