Nice sharp photo of the waxwing. The branch leads to his chin and I would remove that and see if its possible to remove the orange object and a couple of berries. need to keep some berrries to know what theylike to eat   Posted: 11/08/2024 15:17:49

Yes, Thanks, and I agree! If I enter it, no changes are allowed, but yes, I should lighten that orange.   Posted: 11/10/2024 22:01:31

I would be interested in the fuller image -- the Cedar Waxwing is known for passing the berries down the line to others sitting on the same branch. I have not seen a Cedar Waxwing in Maryland even though they are residents. Nice sharp image.   Posted: 11/09/2024 15:29:33

I originally had a fuller image but resized it incorrectly.   Posted: 11/10/2024 21:57:16

Beautiful image, Kathleen! The feathers are so very fine, and there's a lovely catchlight in his eye.   Posted: 11/10/2024 15:18:10

Lovely image, and we, the viewer are nice and close which I like. You've filled the canvas perfectly.

I agree that there are a few spots of softness and desaturating the orange leaves? would be a nice idea. But, the image is still very much a winner and very enjoyable to spend some time looking at.   Posted: 11/10/2024 16:31:09
