September 19th is a double birthday in my family. It was my dad’s birthday and it’s my sister’s birthday. This year we celebrated by going to an art show for lunch and dining at one of her favorite restaurants for dinner. I tried to capture the joy in both her smile and eyes,

Different type of pose for a portrait which adds to the overall feeling of enjoyment.The glass of wine seems to be the sharpest of the image as her eyes seem a bit soft.

You did a good job of capturing how happy your sister is in this photograph. Except for the person in the background, the setting is well done, and I do like that you included the birthday ice cream in the shot. It helps the viewer know why she is so happy.
