About the Image(s)
While out walking with my dog, I found some late autumn Dandelion seed heads. I find them fascinating with their spiral seed arrangements and this one was at the peak of perfection!
I removed my finger in the lower left and added a very slight vignette to darken the edges slightly, along with a very thin black frame, which probably won’t show up, but it’s there. Otherwise this is straight out of the camera which was my IPhone.

These seed heads are always very photogenic!! Lovely that you found a perfect one. They are all finished here in the UK.
Lovely and sharp all over and the BG nicely blurred.
Could perhaps tone down the light blobs in the lower BG?   Posted: 11/03/2025 16:40:50

Beautiful capture of the dandelion head. It is very sharp while the background is blurred. I agree that toning down the specular highlights in the bottom part of the image would improve this. It was nicely done.   Posted: 11/05/2025 01:40:25
