his is another one of my sister’s rescue animals! He needed a home and got the best one ever!

I liked the pose of the goat, but I thought he needed to stand out more from the background so I made the background mono and added a slight blur. I enjoy playing with the sliders to achieve different effects until I get something I like. I also added a very thin black frame.

I had a goat, called Harry, who was just like this one!! He was huge and up to my waist in height!! Had to be put down when quite old due to arthritis.
I like the square crop and position of the goat looking into the scene. Turning the BG mono and blurring it really makes him stand out.

Janet. There is a lot that I like about what you have done. The shot is very focused and shows a lot of detail, and there are good shadows and good exposure. Changing the background really helps the goat stand out also. The black frame does not show up very well in the browser, so I can't comment on that. But excellent shot.   Posted: 11/05/2024 23:38:48

Good shot of the goat. It is looking towards the right but we can still see his eye. The fur shows lots of detail. The background is well done and enhances the image. Very nice   Posted: 11/06/2024 16:30:52

What a fantastic shot! The monochrome background and blur really make the goat pop-beautiful work on the details and framing. Your creative adjustments bring out character in the image!   Posted: 11/11/2024 16:42:54
