About the Image(s)
Leaf graphic. This image was taken with my Nikon D7100 with a 105mm Macro lens, 1/640 second, F2.8, ISO 200. Due to the shadows around this plant, this group of leaves stood out to me while I was in the process of photographing the flowers in the same garden. I was attracted to the fresh green color and the symmetry of the grouping. In post, I cleaned up the background, fixed some blemishes, added a touch of vibrance, a stroke and my signature stamp.

An EXCELLENT job Ingrid and we appreciate the details you included as most of that can also be used in all flower photos.   Posted: 02/10/2025 21:54:08

As usual, another excellent image. Lots of times comments can be made about having images dead center. However in this case it works beautifully. The symmetry of the leaves makes for a lovely layout. Great job!   Posted: 02/18/2025 21:06:03

Nature never ceases to amaze me on how it creates such symmetry and balance. I think you've captured that really well, the leaves on both sides are almost a mirror image of each other. Well spotted Ingrid.   Posted: 02/21/2025 10:15:58
