About the Image(s)
Original 1 was just a snapshot of my husband climbing some stairs. I then played around with it on my ipad in iColorama. There are so many fun filters; Original 2 was after using the Tile Effect. I wanted to keep the effect of the multiple images, but just keep one of them dominant. I drew several vertical white and black lines on a new PS layer and then used motion blur to make everything streaky. I created a mask and erased the motion blur on my husband in one cell. Back in PS, I used the Rain texture filter for a little more glitch, and a bokeh filter to add some hints of
color back in.

I really like your Original 1, as well as original 2. However, you out did yourself with your completed post-processing. I do like the result. The toning and motion blur make the result seem almost like glass reflections which are perceptually jolting! Such fun!   Posted: 02/11/2025 03:23:44
Very nice abstract image. It made me pause and really look at it. Like Georgianne, I feel like I'm either looking through glass or at a reflection. Or maybe at a computer screen that has gone "glitchy", LOL. The color tones pick up the color of his clothes and backpack.
Just to see this a little differently, I masked the white streaks and brought down the whites and highlights a bit then cropped the image from the bottom to draw my eye more into it rather than scanning the length of the rectangle. Not sure if this improves anything, but just gives a different POV. Very creative outcome.   Posted: 02/12/2025 19:30:19

Thanks Denise. I think you're right about calming down the whites a bit.   Posted: 02/15/2025 00:05:50
Jan, I think this is a WOW image. You envisioned something that most would not see. I really like the gold and blue tones on it. Is that a filter that does it? I liked Denise's suggestion of toning down the white lines, but I prefer the 3 figures (the magic 3) that you have in the main photo.   Posted: 02/20/2025 02:35:53
